My Favorite Teachers of Inspiration for Eating Disorder Recovery
Since I began my eating disorder recovery journey in 2005, I’ve been amazed by the wealth of inspiration and guidance I’ve found available from the Universe.
If you’re interested in learning from some of the most successful, inspiring, motivational people on the planet, you’ve come to the right place and I’m excited to share these self-help masters with you.
There are many great teachers of self-help in the area of personal transformation and I feel like all of these people can help you on your eating disorder recovery journey.
Here is an initial list of the self-help guru’s I’ve learned from in my eating disorder recovery – may their wisdom and insights uplift your spirits, awaken your heart and guide you to new areas of self discovery. Caroline Myss is a medical intuitive, NY Times Bestselling author and teacher in the fields of human consciousness, spirituality and mysticism, health, energy medicine, and the science of medical intuition.
In 1996, Caroline published her best-selling book, Anatomy of the Spirit. Through the investigation of the underlying reasons why people sabotage their healing processes, Caroline identified a syndrome she calls “woundology,” characterized by a person’s reliance on the power of illness for manipulation of his or her world, as opposed to attaining an independent, empowered state of health.

Harv Eker teaches primarily in the area of financial fitness and our mental attitude towards money. What’s amazing is in the prcoess of studying with T Harv Eker over the course of 2 years I met the man of my dreams and strengthened my bulimia recovery.

One of my favorite teachers from the movie The Secret, Joe Vitale is also master of the Law of Attraction.

I’ve listened to many hours of Tony’s CD’s, videos and audio books in addition to reading several of his books. I believe you can learn a lot from this self-help guru about improving the conditions of your life.
