HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT…
Why did I give in?! I was doing so well, why did I do it again?!
I know so much about all this crap, why can’t I just get myself to do it?!
I’m so sick and tired of thinking about food constantly…I just want to eat like a normal person!
I’m hopeless…at this point I’m not even sure I’ll ever be able to stop binging.
I’m so pissed at myself because binging is ruining my life – and I have a good life in other areas!
I know there’s a lot I’m missing out on because I’m so consumed by food.
I could never give up on my binge foods…eating only “healthy” is too restrictive
I’ve already lost my period, my hair and my skin is horrible…it’s just a matter of time before something more serious happens to me…
If any of these sound familiar, I’ve been there and you’re not alone.
I binged and purged for 20 years until I learned
these techniques for beating the urge to binge.
You can overcome this, too.
IF YOU WANT TO...
Make peace with food and be a healthy weight.
Live a normal life again.
Know the secret to stopping a binge instantly.
Stop obsessing about food all the time.
Be confident, and even calm, around food.
I had the idea for this guide after I saw how many of my followers were desperate for ideas to handle the urge to binge.
I wrote an article that included some simple ideas for how to manage their state when the urge to binge struck.
The response was huge!
When I saw how many people wanted ideas to help them stop binging I knew…
“If people knew what triggered them to binge, had the best techniques and were willing to use them, they could stop giving into their binges and enjoy their lives again.”
You Have The Power To Change
Like a lot of people who try to overcome an addiction or powerful habit like binging, I thought a lack of willpower was my problem.
Sadly, I was wrong.
Willpower will only take you so far. Why do you think the diet industry is so huge?
We become trapped into believing that diets or structured food programs are the answer to losing or maintaining our weight. And we begin to believe we’re a failure, or weak willed, when our food restriction leads to relapse.
We rely on our willpower to keep us on track and eating only the “healthy” choices when our bodies are crying out for something more. Or we turn to food as an alternative to feeling discomfort like stress, loneliness, fear or anxiety.
For those of us with bulimia when we were younger we altered the natural intelligence we were born with and stopped trusting our body to know when we needed food and what foods to eat. We also created a habit of turning to food as an alternative to feeling our uncomfortable emotions.
We re-conditioned our minds to avoid feeling those feelings and we tuned out so completely to our bodies that we have forgotten all together what it feels like to eat intuitively like we did when we were kids.
We think more willpower, more structure, more control is the answer to stop us from eating crap that isn’t good for us. But after all the years of trying and failing we’ve lost faith in ourselves. We can’t seem to get ourselves to do any of those things when the urge to binge is strong.
We try…and try…and try to resist the urges but eventually give in and just say “fuck it” when we can’t hold out any longer.
Without changing the underlying mindset that’s causing your urges, you stay stuck in the binge and purge cycle indefinitely.
I know if you have new knowledge into what’s happening in your mental, emotional and physical bodies when you have the urge to binge, you can create a change.
That path I’m offering you is a personal transformation in relationship to your Self AND your food. Because bulimia is never really about the food.
This is how I was able to overcome bulimia after 20 years and now you can, too.
Thousands have learned to use the techniques in this guide to live and eat normally again.
